Enrique delegates to foremen, confers with project managers, schedules deliveries, reads and interprets plans and is very strong with surveying and layout. He has built and managed every type of concrete project and is our lead on projects greater than $10M. Enrique ran his own company “Florida Shell” for over 25 years.
