Andres serves as a Project Engineer at Smith Building and holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida International University and a master’s degree from the University of Miami. Upon joining the company, he began working in the field on a complex $7 million restaurant project, completed in August 2026.

That experience gave Andres a practical understanding of project execution and construction operations. He now works closely with office and field teams, coordinating project information and helping keep work organized and moving forward.
